INOXPA’s 'LiquidMix' is a range of equipment intended for the production of low viscous pharmaceutical products (water- or oil-based). The tank is designed to operate under pressure and in vacuum. Product heating with heating jacket and mixers with cover plate lifting systems are available. High-speed agitation is used to homogenize liquids or to dissolve highly soluble solids. If the process requires an emulsion, a cowler-type agitator or even a high shear mixer can be used. Applications are homogenization, formulation, dilution and mixing, mainly in cosmetic and pharmaceutical process lines.
