We offer BUCHI’s preparative chromatography systems that are designed to fulfil your changing needs irrespective of the complexity or the scale of your purification process. The Pure chromatography product line (Pure C-810/C-815 Flash, Pure C-830/C-835 Prep, Pure C-850 FlashPrep) embodies flash and prep HPLC instruments in one system, easy to use for any flash or prep HPLC application. The Sepacore® flash chromatography systems (Sepacore® X10, X50 and the Sepacore® Easy Purification Systems Easy Extract & Easy Synthesis) address most requirements for the purification of organic compounds and offer optimal performance and scale-up capability. Together with a broad range of high performance flash chromatography columns (FlashPure, PrepPure, GlassPure), chromatography pumps (Pump Module C-601 / C-605) and fraction collection systems (Fraction collector C-660), we provide you with the optimized solution suited to your purification workflow.

Pure C-810 / C-815 Flash are advanced, powerful flash systems which allow more purification in less space thanks to their compact design. They ensure safety on the highest level and can be operated outside of a fume hood, as they are equipped with a closed fraction collector bay. Also, they are furnished with leak and pressure sensors as well as with a remote control to reduce exposure to the lab environment. Pure C-815 is additionally equipped with integrated ELSD that is dedicated to flash chromatography and exhibits the lowest sample loss in the market.

Pure C-830 / C-835 Prep are high-performance, easy-to-use instruments for maximum purity. They convince with their compact layout and ease of use for preparative HPLC applications due to their intuitive and convenient operation. Additionally, Pure C-835 is equipped with integrated ELSD that exhibits the lowest sample loss in the market as well as with an extra platform on top for 4 solvent bottles. The Pure Chromatography Instruments ensure safety on the highest level and can be operated outside of a fume hood.

Pure C-850 FlashPrep maximizes your lab space thanks to its multifunctionality and compact design. The Pure platform allows for combining two techniques, flash and prep HPLC, in one system without sacrificing features or functionality. It enables a fast purification or a higher purity of your material or both. Due to its UV-Vis & ELS detection, Pure C-850 FlashPrep can detect any compound, chromophoric and non-chromophoric. The Pure Chromatography Instruments ensure safety on the highest level, can be operated outside of a fume hood and reduce exposure to the lab environment thanks to the remote control.

The Sepacore® X10 / X50 flash systems suit most demands for the purification of organic compound. The ready-to-use preparative chromatography systems with flow rates up to 250 ml/min delivers high efficiency separations at pressure ranges up to 10 (X10) or 50 bar (X50). The systems are equipped with 2 pumps for a binary gradient, a fraction collector and a UV/VIS detector (200 - 840 nm). More information
