Our range of BUCHI laboratory rotary evaporators is reliable and proven for various applications. We offer solutions for any step in your sample preparation process, whether you operate in R&D or quality control. A rotary evaporator carries out distillation and drying batch-wise in a quick and efficient manner. The rotation of the flask increases the surface area of the mixture, thereby improving the heat transfer. Vacuum lowers the boiling point, enabling low-temperature distillation. Selecting the suitable glass configuration allows carrying out distillation and drying, extractions, (re-)crystallizations and reflux distillation, in accordance with your requirements. We offer complete solutions for your applications, consisting of a rotary evaporator, a comprehensive vacuum system and a recirculating chiller for the cooling of the condensers. Combining various components enables to configure the right solution, from essential to fully automated distillation systems.

The compatible interface I-300 includes timer function, an App for mobile push notifications and remote monitoring via smart phone, solvent library, dynamic distillation for instant start, automatic distillation and automatic foam detection functionalities. The Vacuum Pump V-300 is a chemically resistant PTFE diaphragm pump. The speed-controlled operation results in economical operation and very low noise emission. Thanks to the transparent front panel, contaminants are easily visible. It is optimally suited to work with the I-300 / I-300 Pro and R-300.

The BUCHI recirculating chillers are normally used with laboratory equipment that requires coolant flow such as rotary evaporators, parallel evaporators, Kjeldahl- and extraction products. The F-300 line is specifically designed for seamless integration into a Rotavapor R-300 system. The temperature can conveniently be set by the interface (I-300 or I-300 Pro). More information
