Industrial Rotary Evaporators

Our range of BUCHI industrial rotary evaporators are used in pilot and kilo labs as well as production facilities in various industries. Typical applications of industrial rotary evaporators include distillation, concentration, solvent recovery (recycling), drying, (re-)crystallization and reflux distillation. We offer complete solutions for your applications, consisting of a rotary evaporator, a comprehensive vacuum system and a recirculating chiller for the cooling of the condensers. The ATEX certified versions of industrial rotary evaporators guarantee a safe operation in hazardous production areas.

The Vacuum Pump V-300 is a chemically resistant PTFE diaphragm pump. The speed-controlled operation results in economical operation and very low noise emission. Thanks to the transparent front panel, contaminants are easily visible. It is optimally suited to work with the I-300 / I-300 Pro and R-300.

Recirculating chillers

The BUCHI recirculating chillers are normally used with laboratory equipment that requires coolant flow such as rotary evaporators, parallel evaporators, Kjeldahl- and extraction products. The F-300 line is specifically designed for seamless integration into a Rotavapor R-300 system. The temperature can conveniently be set by the interface (I-300 or I-300 Pro). More information
