Kuhner’s laboratory benchtop shakers are equipped with a magnetic drive system which guarantees accurate control and low energy consumption even at high speeds. The model LS-X is available with orbital or linear movement and user-friendly touch pad controls. It will accept loads up to 25kg and the shaking diameter can be adjusted at any time.

The model ES-X is a specially designed shaker with separate controller. It is ideal for use in existing incubators, e.g. for cell culture applications in CO2 incubators, or temperature controlled rooms as the shaking unit with its stainless steel casing can be placed in areas of high temperature (up to 80°C) and humidity (up to 95% rH). The Kuhner LT-X incubator shaker has the same capabilities as the larger ISF1-X and ISF4-X models. The incubator shaker was specially developed to address the shaking needs of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Due to its practical size, it will fit in any laboratory. Up to two units can be stacked without any special kits or tools. Each unit offers space for flasks of up to 6 liters. Additional features like humidity and CO2 control are available. The Kuhner ISF1-X incubator shaker is suitable for microbial, mammalian and plant cell applications. It has adjustable shaking diameters and is available with heating, cooling, CO2 and controlled humidity options. Up to three ISF1-X shaking incubators can be stacked together for greater shaking capacity. Stacking is a simple procedure without the need for special tools or stacking kits. The Kuhner ISF4-X incubator shaker offers large shaking capacity and is available with temperature, humidity and CO2 control. The shaker cabinet can incorporate up to five independent shaking units. The shaking diameter and speed of each unit can be individually selected. Standard diameters are 12.5, 25 and 50 mm; other diameters are possible. The large doors allow easy access to the shake flasks inside and are fitted with a safety switch to ensure shaking stops when the doors are opened. The interior chamber is made of stainless steel making sterilization with chemicals possible. More information
