Auto-sterilization with hot air at 180 °C

The BINDER Series CB and CB-S CO₂ incubators guarantee optimal, reproducible growth conditions for cell cultures. The new silicone-jacket heating system and Permadry technology eliminate the risk of condensation. With the 180 °C hot air sterilization, bacteria and spores can be reliably killed as necessary. The unique, seamless deep-drawn inner chamber without built-in obstructions allows for very simple cleaning. Other key features are the hot-air sterilizable CO₂ sensor with infrared technology to ensure stable pH values and the humidification system which guarantees a condensation-free interior. Binder’s KBW growth chambers create ideal conditions for the culture using homogeneous light in combination with constant temperature and humidity. The KBWF series also offers a system for humidity regulation. Different models are available and include features like humidity regulation with capacitive humidity sensor and vapor humidification, tightly-sealed inner door made of tempered safety glass and door heating.
