Certain products are highly thermo-sensitive and drying at high temperatures to evaporate the solvent from the mixture would spoil the original characteristics of the product. Using vacuum, the necessary temperature for the evaporation can be reduced. This enables carrying out the process at a lower temperature, respecting the original characteristics and morphology.
Vacuum dryers by Bachiller are designed in response to these needs, commonly required in the chemical, fine chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry. Designed in accordance with the GMP and EHEDG standards, Bachiller’s vacuum dryers are ideal for sterile applications and feature special designs to be installed inside clean rooms.

The Sanidry horizontal vacuum paddle dryer is a drum dryer with paddle rotation in the interior. Its sanitary design, with the body, shaft and paddles fully heated to maximize heat exchange, guarantees the drying of all types of moist, crystalline, amorphous or paste thermo-sensitive products in a vacuum process.

Sanidry is the ideal industrial dryer for the drying processes of special and delicate products. The tolerances of the vacuum dryer’s assembly allow for turning the paddles at very close distances to the wall, for continuous renewal of the product.

Sanidry can be used in various types of pharmaceutical, fine chemical, chemical and food applications, among others for the production of APIs, peptides, flavors, natural extracts, catalysts, additives and polymers. More information

Supramix S is a vertical ribbon vacuum dryer with a maximized heating surface for the drying of all types of thermo-sensitive wet, crystalline, amorphous or paste products, under a total vacuum.

This vacuum dryer consists of a heated vertical mixing spiral, rotating at moderate speed to achieve an upward flow of perimeter product and a renewal of the product in contact with the heated walls.

Supramix S can be used in various types of pharmaceutical, fine chemical, chemical and food applications, including the production of APIs, flavors, natural extracts, catalysts, additives, colorants and amino acids. More information

Turbodry is a horizontal vacuum paddle dryer and reactor designed for products with pseudo-plastic behavior during the reaction and drying phase, where the product needs to be highly resistant to torque and turbulence.

With the body and shaft completely heated to maximize thermal exchange and the paddles rotating at very high speed near the wall, this vacuum dryer reactor causes high turbulence in the product and its continuous renewal in direct thermal exchange with the wall.

Bicuum is a double-cone rotary drum vacuum dryer suitable for ultra-vacuum drying of all types of moist, crystalline and amorphous thermo-sensitive products.

This vacuum dryer consists of a fully heated and insulated drum, rotating at low speed under a strong vacuum, which continuously renews the product in contact with the hot walls.

The Paddledry horizontal vacuum paddle dryer is a high-efficiency dryer specially designed for products with pseudo-plastic behavior during the reaction and drying phase and with high torque requirements.

The principle of the Paddledry is its operation through a body, shaft and blades which are fully heated to maximize heat exchange. With its blades rotating very closely to the wall at low speed, a continuous renewal of the product in direct exchange with the wall is enabled.
